Columbine East Homeowner's Association

“A Covenant Controlled Community”​
The community of Columbine East is located in Montrose, Colorado and consists of 58 single family dwellings on 1/2 acre lots. The homeowner’s association is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of 3-5 volunteers. The association is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and is compliant with state statutes. The governing documents consist of the Articles of Incorporation, the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R), the By-Laws, and 8 Policies.
